Make a Notan. An evening for the artist and non-artist! Tracy, Owner of Art Zorro on Grant Ave will teach how to create a Notan. Notan is a Japanese paper craft design using light and dark / positive and negative. Cost is $15 for instruction and supplies. Everyone is welcome.
