Recognizing young women who make their communities a better place
Do you know a young woman (ages 14–18) who’s passionate about community service and helping others? Encourage her to apply for the Violet Richardson Award!
This award honors young women who turn compassion and determination into action—whether by volunteering, leading a project, or improving a situation that affects others, especially women and girls.
🏆 The winner will receive up to $1,000, and part of the award may also go to the organization where she volunteers.
Eligibility:
• Lives, works, or goes to school in Novato
• Actively involved in volunteer or community service
