Marin Builders Association is holding a webinar this Thursday with Dan McLennon, 35+-year construction lawyer who will explain the new Attachments B-1 and B-2 from the Stay at Home Orders issued April 29 and Cal OSHA site safety rules imposed on April 24.

Dan will provide analysis of how to implement the new requirements, checklists, forms, and links to resources to help ease the burden. Finally, Dan will explain who will have to pay for all this-- including Owners, Contractors, Subcontractors and Insurers.
